Refund policy

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French legislation (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

No reason is required and no penalty will be applied.

To be eligible for reimbursement, the item must be returned under the following conditions:

• New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered
• Labels intact (inner label, original price tag)
• Original box in good condition (the box is an integral part of the product for collectible sneakers)
• All accessories included: extra laces, tissue paper, hang tags, certificate of authenticity
• Protective packaging for transport (over-wrapped box - we ship in double-box, return the same way)

⚠️ Any item returned worn, damaged or without its original box will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

1. Send an email to contact@mnrsneakers.fr specifying your order number and your return request.
2. We will provide you with the return address and a returns number to indicate on the package.
3. Pack the item in its original box + over-pack with bubble wrap or a larger box.
4. Ship with a carrier of your choice offering tracking (UPS, DHL, La Poste Colissimo).
5. Keep the tracking number.

Return for personal convenience (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): return costs payable by the customer.

Return for lack of conformity (different, defective, non-authentic item): return costs fully reimbursed by MNR Sneakers.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label in this case.

Once the item is received and verified by our team (within 1 to 3 working days), the refund is made within 14 days maximum on the payment method initially used.

The time it takes for it to appear on your account then depends on your bank (generally 2 to 5 working days).

In the event of an exchange (different size), a new package will be sent to you upon receipt and verification of the return.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized items upon specific customer request
• Items on sale at -50% or more (except lack of conformity)

For any other category, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

If you receive a defective item or have any doubt about its authenticity, please contact us immediately at contact@mnrsneakers.fr with detailed photos.

We support:

• Return costs (prepaid label provided)
• Full refund OR sending a replacement product (according to your choice)
• Lump sum compensation if major defect (case by case)
