Privacy policy

Transaction data: order history, items viewed, abandoned cart, means of payment (never the full card number — processed directly by our payment provider).

Communication data: exchanges with our customer service (emails, chat, forms).

All our subcontractors are bound by contract (DPA) guaranteeing a level of protection in accordance with RGPD.

Some of our subcontractors may process your data outside the European Union (notably Google, Meta, TikTok in the United States).

These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or by adequacy decisions (EU-USA Data Privacy Framework), guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to RGPD.
