Terms of sale

The seller is MNR SNEAKERS Sp. z o.o., a Polish company registered in the register KRS under the number 0001226211, whose registered office is located UL. HENRYKA I BRODATEGO 51 lok. 36, 02-496 Warszawa, Poland (NIP: PL5223365132).

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded on the website mnrsneakers.com, to the exclusion of any other conditions.

MNR Sneakers sells pairs of new and authenticated sneakers, coming from a network of verified European suppliers and private collectors with a reliable history.

Each pair is authenticated by our team before shipping (physical verification of materials, seams, interior labels, QR/SKU code, original box).

MNR Sneakers is an authenticated independent reseller and is not an official partner of the brands (Nike, Air Jordan, Adidas, etc.). Resale is legal under the principle of exhaustion of trademark rights (EU).

Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, minute variations (color rendering depending on screen, micro-differences in batches) cannot engage the seller's liability.

The order is validated after confirmation of payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the address provided by the customer.

MNR Sneakers reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:

• Unavailability of the product (out of stock between order and preparation)
• Suspicion of fraud or misuse
• Clear pricing error

In the event of cancellation, the customer is fully refunded within 14 days.

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in the currency of the visitor's market (EUR by default, PLN for Poland, GBP for the United Kingdom, etc.) and include all applicable taxes (EU VAT).

Prices may change at any time. The price applied is that in effect at the time of validation of the order.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Klarna (payment in installments depending on eligibility)
• PayPal
• Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), Sofort (DACH), Przelewy24 (Poland), TWINT (Switzerland), depending on the market

Payments are secured by encryption SSL and processed by our service provider Shopify Payments.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Carriers: UPS, DHL Express (depending on destination, La Poste / Die Post depending on country).

Free Express Delivery throughout the European Union.

The customer receives a tracking number by email upon shipment.

Indicative delivery times (EU): 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods (drops, parties, sales).

In the event of a lost or damaged package, the customer must contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt (or the expected delivery date).

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Procedure: Send an email to contact@mnrsneakers.fr with your order number and your return request. We will provide you with the return address and terms.

Return conditions:

• New item, unworn, unwashed, unaltered
• Labels intact, original box in good condition (the box is part of the product)
• All accessories included (additional laces, tissue paper, labels, certificate of authenticity)

Return costs: payable by the customer (unless there is an error on our part or a defective item).

Refund: within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned item, on the payment method initially used.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a proven lack of conformity, the customer may request replacement of the product or a full refund.

To exercise the warranty: contact@mnrsneakers.fr with photos and description of the defect.

MNR Sneakers formally commits to the 100% authenticity of all products sold.

Each pair is inspected by our team according to a rigorous process (see our page Authenticity).

Refund guarantee: if a product turns out to be not authentic, MNR Sneakers undertakes to fully reimburse the customer, return costs included.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service as a priority: contact@mnrsneakers.fr.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the consumer customer can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform free of charge: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law for the seller. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of local law apply (Rome I Regulation).

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence or the seller's head office, at the consumer's choice.
