Are the products sold on MNR Sneakers authentic?
Yes. Each pair is new and checked before shipping. Our full process is detailed on the Authenticity page.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes, via Klarna. The number of due dates and conditions are displayed at the time of payment, depending on your eligibility.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. The Order Tracking page also allows you to find your package at any time.
What shipping options are available?
Delivery is free throughout Europe and internationally, customs included outside the EU. Your orders are delivered within 4 working days on average via UPS and the local carrier.
How can I return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. The pair must be new, in its original box. Contact us at contact@mnrsneakers.fr.
