Shipping policy

Delivery is free throughout Europe and internationally. For destinations outside the European Union, customs fees are included.

Your orders are delivered within 4 working days on average. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Your packages are insured by UPS and the local carrier in your country.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. It remains viewable in your customer account.

Any anomaly (damaged package, missing item) must be reported within 7 days to contact@mnrsneakers.fr.

Your sneakers travel in a double-box made from 100% recycled cardboard. In urban areas, delivery is provided by electric vehicles.
