Refund policy

Items purchased on MNR Sneakers can be returned within 14 days from receipt of the order, in accordance with current legislation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

New, unworn and unused

Restored in their original state

Accompanied by all original labels, accessories and packaging

The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and verification of the returned items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, corresponding to the amount of the returned item.
The initial delivery charges are not included. not refunded.

Exchanges are not offered.
If you wish to obtain another model or another size, we invite you to make a return for a refund, then place a new order.
